Kevin is a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR strategic planning, performance management and corporate development. Kevin has worked in many operational departments and agencies throughout his career before branching out as a contractor/consultant in 2001. Since that time, Kevin has been engaged to review HR policies and practices in large and small departments/agencies including the (then) Department of Workplace Relations, the (then) National Occupational Health and Safety Commission, Centrelink and the Murray Darling Basin Authority (formerly Commission).

Kevin brings to the Catch Recruitment team extensive experience in HR administration, change management and workplace relations with particular expertise in recruitment and performance management.
